  1. Mobility from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Accitania28 students · Guadix
A highly enriching experience for our students, both through the English course and the cultural activities. We especially value the end-to-end organisation and the personalised attention from the Vivirse team throughout the mobility.

  2. Mobility from Fundación Flors15 students · Vila-real
After several years working with Vivirse on Erasmus+ internships, we trusted them with our first group mobility. We visited companies linked to Business and Commerce, local educational centres and took part in cultural activities. Having the whole mobility planned in detail, including schedules, transfers and activities, made the experience so much easier. We are already preparing next year’s!

  3. Mobility from IES Pedro Cerrada10 students · Utebo
An unforgettable experience, especially for those who had never left Spain. Visiting companies related to their studies and discovering another country’s culture and education first-hand helped them see how far they can go. We particularly appreciate the detailed organisation and Vivirse’s support throughout the experience.

  4. Mobility from Colegio Esclavas SCJ14 students · Benirredrà
Once again, we trusted Vivirse and the experience lived up to expectations. We combined visits to companies and educational centres with a professional talk and cultural activities, including an international exchange where our students practised English and met young people from other countries. Everything ran smoothly.

  5. Mobility from Salesianos Juan XXIII11 students · Alcoy
A fantastic experience for everyone. Students visited companies in sectors connected to their studies — automotive, commerce, telecommunications and administration — and, as accompanying teachers, we were able to enjoy the mobility without worrying about all the organisation. Thank you once again to the Vivirse team.

WE ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions about group mobilities

Everything you need to know before you start organising your mobility.
How many students can take part?

We organise mobilities for groups of different sizes. The number of students affects accommodation, transfers, visits and activities, so we will design the proposal around your group.

How many teachers should accompany the group?

This depends on the number and age of the students, as well as your school’s requirements. We can help you define the most suitable option when organising the mobility.

How long can the mobility last?

We adapt to the school’s dates and objectives. We can organise short mobilities or more comprehensive programmes, adjusting activities to the time available.

Can we combine an English course with company visits?

Yes. We can create a programme that combines English classes with visits to companies, educational centres, cultural activities and other experiences linked to the mobility objectives.

Can we choose the cultural activities?

Yes. We design the agenda with the school and can adapt activities to the group’s age, interests and objectives. We will also suggest options based on the destination and travel dates.

Does accommodation include half board?

We can arrange accommodation with half board and adapt it to the characteristics of the group. The specific conditions depend on the accommodation selected for each mobility.

Are airport transfers included?

We can include both arrival pickup and the return transfer to the airport, as well as the transport needed during the programme.

What if we are travelling with minors?

We can organise mobilities for minors. In these cases, we take their age and the specific requirements for accommodation, transport, activities, supervision and documentation into account when designing the programme.

Can you adapt the mobility to our Erasmus+ project?

Yes. We do not work with a fixed programme: we design the mobility around the objectives of your Erasmus+ project, the participant profile and your school’s needs.

How far in advance should we organise the mobility?

The sooner the better. Booking early gives us more accommodation, transport, company and activity options, especially at busy times. If your dates are close, contact us and we will review the available options.
