How we collect, process and store personal data on this website and across the Erasmus+ mobilities we operate.

Vivirse World Ltd (trading as Vivirse Erasmus), with registered office at 67, IR Rota, Triq Il-Wasliet, Swieqi, SWQ 3112, Malta and Company number MT30428401, is the data controller of the personal data processed through this website and through the delivery of Erasmus+ mobility services.

2. Personal data we collect

We process personal data in the following contexts:

  • Website visitors. Technical data collected by the analytics tooling (see the cookie policy) only after explicit consent.
  • Prospective clients. Name, role, institution, email and any programme details you share when booking a diagnostic call or contacting us by email.
  • Mobility participants. Identification, contact and documentation required by the Erasmus+ programme (learning agreement, mobility tool, insurances, host contracts).

4. Data retention

Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Documentation linked to executed mobilities is retained for the period required by the Erasmus+ programme and by tax law, whichever is longer.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data is shared with the strict minimum of providers needed to operate the mobilities (host institutions, insurance providers, travel providers) and with the National Agency for the Erasmus+ programme. International transfers, if any, are governed by the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction and portability by writing to info@vivirse.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Malta, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC); or, if you reside in another EU country, with the authority of your country of residence (for example, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD, in Spain).
